Tendino Muscular Meridians:
TMM’s for Fibromyalgia & Cellulite
March 6th, 2010

This workshop provides an introduction to the TendinoMuscular Meridians. That the Tendino-Muscular Meridians run through the fascia and nourish the skeletal muscles, they are particularly useful for healing structural problems and injuries and for addressing conditions of stagnant Qi and Blood in the superficial tissues. In Chinese Medicine fibromyalgia and cellulite are conditions of stagnant Qi, which leads to stagnant Blood (poor circulation) and pain. We will explore acupressure and Shiatsu techniques for these conditions that can be incorporated into sessions and also given to clients for self-treatment. There are no pre-requisites for this course. Both Participants inexperienced in meridian therapy and those who already have experience will benefit.
